Our per Sq Ft pricing includes the supply and installation of high efficiency LED fixtures. The entire fixture is replaced while the old ones are recycled at an approved facility.
The following 3 assumptions are made
LaaS involves UrbanVolt replacing conventional or older generation LED light fittings with high efficiency LED light fittings.
Any repositioning of light fitting, remedial work on electric cabling or re-wiring to meet current safety standards is not included in the LaaS price quoted.
These works can be carried out by UrbanVolt but will be invoiced separately and payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice.
Our LaaS customers sign an installation and maintenance (I&M) agreement. UrbanVolt charges a monthly service fee for a minimum of 60 months to include the supply, installation and ongoing maintenance of the equipment. At the end of the agreement there are a number of options available once agreed by both parties.
UrbanVolt delivered on everything they promised - a lighting upgrade, energy savings and cash savings. And they carried out the project at night to avoid disrupting our business.
